- Payment terms are Net 30 days for approved credit accounts
- Full or partial prepayment may be required for certain orders
- We accept bank transfer, credit cards, and approved payment methods
- Late payments may incur additional fees as per UAE commercial law

Shipping and Delivery

- Custom orders and special-order items are non-returnable
- Return authorization required before sending products back
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless due to our error
Refund Process
- Refunds processed within 14 business days of receiving returned goods
- Refunds issued to the original payment method
- Restocking fee of 15% may apply to certain returns
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless due to our error
Damaged or Defective Products
- Report damaged or defective products within 48 hours of delivery
- Manufacturer warranties apply to defective products
- We will coordinate warranty claims with manufacturers
